About 10 months.
When I first started I worked out about an hour a day like 5 times a week.
Now that I am in more shape I work out twice a day. An hour each workout. The better results you get the more motivation you start to get. I def do push my limits sometimes. But working out and eating right is something I am addicted to. And I liked getting asked questions! lol, everyone should ask me whatever they want! :)
