I ate sooooo bad this weekend! like horrible!
burger,pizza,brownies,ice-cream,chinese food,beer, chips…etc
haha i def was on a FAT ROLL! I did feel gross but I honestly enjoyed the shit outta it.
Back on track now.
Even though i did eat like a cow i DIDN’T over stuff myself to the point of sickness.
I enjoyed the food with portion control.
I will not be doing that anytime soon again. lol Maybe in a month or so.
haha, but even though I did enjoy the pig out I do love my clean eating way better and I am glad I am back on track!!!!! insanity and turbofire all week!! along with some weight training.
The last few days I have been feeling like I have no energy for my workouts. It’s ugly. And I been feeling so fat! I hate those days! Ugh, whatever moving on…. I am going to take a few days off from working out because I don’t want to overdue my body like I did before when my back went out. I want to have the most energy for my workouts. So on monday I will get back on grind. Untill then I am going to have a few cheat meals this weekend and a few drinks! Shit, I deserve it! I eat clean non stop so now it’s time to troll my body. haha. Jk.

I still do to this day still take breaks on these workouts. But don’t take too long of a break. Just a couple seconds or shake it out. Get back into it as son as possible. :)

My “eating plan” Is an example of stuff i eat at weeks at a time. I change it up because I do get sick of the same stuff. But it also is alot easier to just eat the same stuff during the week to keep it simple :)
It took me a year and 2 months. But to be honest I didn’t really watch what I ate for like the first 5 months. If I counted calories and watched everything I ate I prob would have seen my results faster. I work out 6 days a week:) At first I worked out about an hour a day. Now that I am more fit I work out between an hour and 30 mins to 2 hours.:)
